Ron Blaufarb, Investment Advisor Representative, Valor Wealth Management
Ron has been a Financial Advisor since 2002. His professional focus is on both business owners and individuals alike.
On the business side, Ron has a particular expertise in the design and implementation of effective retirement plans (401K, 457, 403(b) etc.). He possesses the analytical skills and has the experience to develop the most effective solution for the business and it’s valued plan participants. He earned the industry designation of AIF(Accredited Investment Fiduciary) which is awarded to prudent experts in the field and also permits them to serve as 3(21) plan fiduciaries. In addition to retirement plans, Ron also serves business ownership well by helping them develop various strategies including but not limited to executive benefits, employee benefits and succession planning.
On the individual side, Ron works with individuals and families to help them identify their financial goals and chart a course towards achieving them. This includes risk management, wealth management, legacy planning and successful development and execution of a retirement income plan.
Ron has earned a number of achievement awards including four time Chairman’s Council Producer, President’s Council and Leader’s Conference.
In his spare time, Ron has been a NCAA football official for over thirty years and has recently been moved up to the press box where he now serves as a crew supervisor and evaluator. He is also very active in organ donation efforts and is himself a bi-lateral corneal transplant recipient.
Ron is originally from Long Island, NY and has resided in Bethlehem, PA for the past 28 years with his wife Sharon. He is the proud father of three with one of his children having special needs. Ron is also a Certified Special Needs Planner and is a very active advocate for families with special needs that are seeking assistance.
